Tiny budget. Massive results. It’s not impossible when you figure out how to see the trees for the forest. When we took on 3Tree Flats, we had less than 50% of the standard resources available to us. So we whittled and we pruned and we left only the most essential things: a deep understanding of the target market and a gorgeous website that captured attention through its innovative navigation that travels the length of a tree. The owners of 3Tree Flats wanted to revitalize the neighborhood. We revitalized the notion that great work and small budget aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, the website far exceeded industry standards, converting 9% of its nearly 10,000 unique visitors into leads and helping the property achieve lease-up in three months with 61% occupancy after four months. We even brought in a Gold ADDY for the work.
