Downtown Charlotte’s most spectacular new project needed a campaign to match. Based on the single word “Emerge,” a stunning brochure, a not-to-be-believed interactive website (complete with video tour hosted by a sophisticated, knowledgeable guide) and a dramatic sales center were born. All elements of the campaign took their cues from the sleek international styling of the property itself, while still maintaining an inviting, comfortable feel. In just one month, the property (which featured many floors of office and retail space as well) sold 60% of the units allocated for the initial sales push.
